A "Conversations with GIA" webinar

In this webinar, GIA CEO John Feather talked with John Beard, Director of the Department of Ageing and Life Course with the World Health Organization in Geneva, an international leader in the field of age-friendly community development. Dr. Beard discussed how making cities and communities age-friendly is one of the most effective local policy approaches for responding to demographic aging. The WHO Age-friendly Environments Programme is an international effort to address the environmental and social factors that contribute to active and healthy aging. A special thanks to our sponsor, The John A. Hartford Foundation. Webinar date December 10, 2012. View the recording at https://youtu.be/860LGOseTtY.
