Reaching PACE 200K: Testing New Financing Solutions Member Meetup

Learn about a new initiative to expand the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. PACE is a proven, high-quality model of care that helps older adults live in their homes as they age. The National PACE Association, with support from The John A. Hartford Foundation, West Health and The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, is implementing PACE 200K, an initiative to serve 200,000 people in PACE by 2028.
