The Serious Illness and End-of-Life Funders Community provides a forum for funders with a shared commitment to improving the care of people with serious illness and their families and caregivers. Launched in 2015, the Community now includes more than 30 funders.

To mark the fifth anniversary of the Serious Illness and End-of-Life Funders Community, GIA published a collection of stories and reflections shared by members of the group. The Serious Illness & End-of-Life Funders Community: Celebrating Five Years features information on key developments in the field and demonstrates the power of networking, as funders describe learning, drawing inspiration from each other, forging new partnerships, and catalyzing this dynamic young field together.
